★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지금은 소실되어 터와 동쪽과 서쪽의 삼층석탑만 남아 있는
곳으로, 석탑의 형태는 불국사 석가탑의 모양과 매우 흡사합니다.
특히 한쪽 석탑에는 누군가 장난삼아 음각으로 낙서한
흔적도 남아 있어 안타까운 생각이 들었습니다.
지금은 터만 남아 있지만..
지자체와 문화재청 등에서 예전 감은사의 사료를 최대한
수집하여 사찰을 복원하면 보다 훌륭한 문화 관광지로
활용이 가능하리라 생각합니다.

조선왕조실록과 달리 제대로된 기록이 없었기 때문일 것이고 오래되어 많이 소실되었디 때문이다
경주는 땅을 파면 무조건 유물이 나온다고 한다
오죽하면 천마총 한켠에 인근에서 모아둔 주춧돌을 볼수 있으니 말이다
천년도 넘은 거의 죽어가는 나무에서
신라의 부귀영화를 찾아보기는 어렵지만
우뚝 선 석탑은 그때의 위세를 짐작하게 한다
많은 건물이 복원된 장소보다 외려
그때의 생활상을 생각하게 되고
더 많이 느낄 수 있었다면 거짓말일까?
