Hassan in Yongjang Village is very difficult and dangerous. However, if you come down carefully, you can enjoy really good scenery and cultural properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이곳은 김시습이 우리나라 최초의 소설이라고 알려져있는 금오신화를 쓰며 머물렀던 용장사라는 절이 있던 곳으로 남산 용장사곡 삼층석탑입니다. 쓰러져있던 탑을 1922년 다시 재건하였습니다.
This is the three-story stone pagoda of Yongjangsagok in Namsan, where Kim Si-sup stayed while writing the Geumoh Shinhwa, known as Korea's first novel. The collapsed tower was rebuilt in 1922.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 남산 삼릉계곡으로 올라 용장사계곡으로 내려서는 길에 보았다.
자연석 바위에 자리하고 있는 삼층석탑을 처음 본 순간 아!! 참으로 멋지구나 하는 느낌이 들었었다.
지금까지 보아왔던 어느 석탑보다 느낌이 좋았었다.
단아하다는 표현이 맞을지 몰라도
크지도 작지도 않으면서 산자락을 배경으로
바위능선에 자리한 석탑의 지붕돌 곡선미가 더 없이 아름다웠다.
I went up to Namsan Samneung Valley and went down to Yongjangsa Valley and saw it on the road.
The moment I first saw the three-story stone pagoda on a natural stone rock!! I felt like it was really cool.
It felt better than any stone pagoda I had seen so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 용장골에서 가파르게 오르면 와륜불과 마애불을 지나면 왼쪽으로 내려다 보이는 곳에 있다. 기단이 암반 위에 있고 삼층탑이 단단히 서 있다.건너 용장골 이무기 능선을 바라보면 피곤함이 저 만큼 물러 간다.
If you climb steeply from Yongjanggol, you will find it overlooking the left after passing Waryunbul and Maaebul. The base is on the bedrock, and the three-story pagoda stands firmly. If you look across the Yongjanggol Imugi ridge, your fatigue will recede that much.
