G	Gabe H Cuod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent rooms. Good cleaning staff. Front desk staff could be more attentive. The major downside is location. This hotel is in the sticks. It’s 45 mins to 1 hour to central Seoul via taxi each way. Too, too far away from anything. I stayed here for 30 days and still regret it.

T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't know what to expect while travelling for work and staying at this hotel. first of all, the location is horrible. it is right next to the subway tracks. I couldnt sleep even with ear plugs in, due to the sound of the train passing by every few minutes. the hotel is HOT HOT HOT. it's as if air conditioning doesnt exist. and it is the middle of summer. I was given a room where I was unable to control the temperature. the front desk told me that the temperature is controlled by the hotel. then I was offered a fan that they were using at the front desk, because they too , themselves, were hot due to the lack of ac. the amenities were fine and the staff spoke English, no problem. however, the lack of ac in the middle of July, the location being in the middle of nowhere, and the sound of the train running by every 5 minutes is enough for me to never stay here again. pay a few 10s more and go to a better hotel.

It is ridiculous for a four star rated hotel with the brand “Shilla”? In a nutshell, the hotel is still a good one in terms of food, facilities and services. I suggest the breakfast time extend to 10:30. Also, the hotel is convenient location-wise as it is only 5 mins away from the Guro station.

The reception works always slowly you need to be very patience. Interior clear and modern. Staff are friendly. The location is very good as business view.

Moreover we are able to reserve a room at a very reasonable price. If you need any rooms at a lower price and you are not a too sensitive person to cleaning, you can stay here.
L	Lucy L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a super deluxe room with 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed for 3 family members. The room was pretty tiny with 2 beds and small dining table + chair. The location was pretty close from subway station (line 2) and there are lots of stores nearby for food and other stuff. 1. Not clean as its reputation: The floor didn't seem to be vacuumed; The curtain smelled like dusty; water stains on the shower walls 2. Not enough parking space for all guests: They have only 2 story, small parking garage. If you are planning to bring your car, you have to check in there early. I saw some of the cars were parked on the side of the ramp or even outside. For next family visit, I am not sure if I want to stay here. I got a good pricing from Expedia, but if I have to pay $250 as advertised on their website, I don't think its worth it.
