신	신재용 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible management. I dont recommend anyone visit here. Espcially the wedding services department is only focused on making money. Theyre inconsiderate of the vurrent corona19 situation and wont let any of the couples change dates, reduce bumber of attendees, etc.... without having to ridiculous fees. Please reconsider your visit.
G	Gun Eun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to 1st floor Cafe Rara for dinner buffet. Foods quality was good and one of best rose spaghetti I had in Seoul. However, it was disappointing how foods were served. All cold served foods were frozen, frozen sashimi, frozen crab, frozen cakes... really unfortunate coz once the foods were thor properly they were good. Just how they manage their buffet serving failed.

However, the entrance (roadway) to the hotel is sorta hard to find for non-locals. The taxi had to go around in order to get to the front coming from the other side of the road or go from the back, which we didn't know and ended up paying a lot more extra for the taxi.
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hotel is between two different subway stations. a bit of a walk from the airport bus stop (or maybe it was just the heat that made it seem longer). 15 minute walk to a nearby department store/mall with ***y food and shopping options. staff was pleasant. rooms were a nice size and the bed was comfortable. bathroom was larger than most. quiet area. will stay again.

The rooms are small no where to put clothes. There are no restaurants near the hotel. And evening staff have no knowledge of anywhere to eat
