S	So Hyun Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Near a lot of outlets for shopping and close to a subway station for line 2. The rooms were comfy and you can get bottles of wine to take up at the reception! Plus Starbucks on the ground floor!
K	Kyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i booked a room with a dinner package from table 32(located at the 2f). the dinner was a 3-course meal, including beefsteak, salad, and pasta. generally, food is okay, but that it was a bit pity that the desert is not included. also, it was not enough for a couple. otherwise, the cleanness, location of the hotel are very satisfied.

However, in fact, most hotels listen to customers' voices, but how to use them is a different choice. The service staff of the Four Points Guro have clear know-how. They are attentive, caring, and sometimes even feel like family. I felt the interaction formed by long-term communication and the closeness, immersion, and loyalty of Marriott company. Customers are individuals, not groups. And they secretly want to know and remember only themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to appeal to customers that they are constantly interested in their loyalty. Marriott Guro's employees seem to know the answer. Awesome!

Four Points by Sheraton Seoul, Guro is the most comfortable and favorable place. There are lots of restaurant in front of the hotel. And the parking place is wide. However, the first reason I choose here is the impressing staff service. The staffs always give me very delight smile and put effort to make my stay happy. I prefer to stay at this hotel than the other hotel that I've been to.
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the Four Points Guro this past week, and the room itself was fine (a bit sub-par, but fine for the price). The stay was decent for the most part, but following my checkout, the hotel wrongly accused me of damages that I had not caused. They claimed I broke the TV and charged me 700,000 Korean Won in damages (without notifying me of the charge). I noticed the TV wasn’t working when I tried turning it on and (wrongly) assumed the staff properly inspected the rooms before guests arrived, so I didn’t think anything else of it. I’m not much of a TV person so I didn’t think to report the damaged TV to the hotel staff. After speaking with the manager, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would not be refunded. The hotel conducted a very one-sided “investigation,” but it became a he said/she said type situation and the hotel inevitably sided with their staff (what a surprise). Obviously, I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would avoid staying here if I were you. Overpriced, wannabe-luxury hotel if you ask me. I’d rather stay at one of the sleazy love motels to be honest!

H	Hanmin Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here for 8 nights. Staffs are well and nice. Room is spacious and clean. But the toilet is got stale feels like cheap old motel. Needed to renovate. Startbucks and Dunkin is right next to the lobby. Good for business traveler.
