★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No individual a/c in the room. It is a central system. I had to spend one night at 81 degree room temp. It is also short staffed. I had to wait for a long time for a simple question. You will get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this time on Sunday, hard to get early-checkin around 3pm with long waiting line approximately 50 couples ahead of me. It kept till 7pm my 2nd try on checkin. Finally I got there on 830ish and manager welcomed me and guided me with his best hospitality. Unfortunately their key system looks a bit different from other days so I missed the guidance then I requested to help. The manager without any annoying or pressure/stress helped me out and I wanna say thank them all.

Great location close to a dark blue line Metro stop (important for Incheon International Airport access) with easy access to some nice restaurants, shopping, etc. For coffee consumers, there's a Starbucks next door and several other coffee shops within a very short walk.
We're Marriott Bonvoy members and Korean residents, and we always look for a Marriott property when we travel. This one is nicely situated and very reasonably priced, especially for Seoul. It is clean and relatively modern in appearance. The rooms are small, but that's not unusual for Korea. They don't have accommodations for more than three people, so we had to get two rooms as we have two children. But they do make good use of the space they give you.
We found the staff to be helpful, especially communicating in English. They were quick to respond to messages prior to our arrival and to give us rooms together. And the cleaning staff visit daily and are quite thorough. The room is regularly refreshed, vacuumed and wiped down on surfaces. We appreciate the attention to detail. They also employ good sanitizing practices throughout the building, showing a high regard for the health and safety of their guests.
For travelers, especially international travelers, having numerous 2.1A USB charging ports and universal plugs is a plus. No need for adapters.
The only reasons I didn't rate five stars are the inability to get adjoining rooms with a door in between without upgrading to three-occupant rooms and having two of them, or to accommodate all four of us in a room, and the lack of dressers/cabinets with shelving for clothes. We stayed 5 nights and had to be somewhat creative with our clothes. But overall, we will keep this one in mind for future trips to Seoul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is excellent. Make sure you request a room that does NOT overlook the train tracks. You will not be able to sleep peacefully.
Nice nightlife, Starbucks next to hotel, two great malls (five minutes walk from the hotel), hotel is less than a five minute walk from the subway station.
No BONVOY membership line. You will stand in the ridiculously long line like everyone else. There are signs for BONVOY members, but you definitely will not receive any special treatment for being a member. Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott are close by.

The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are cozy and have everything needed. They are also extremely clean. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 2 weeks, well... location was stunning, but that was it!
The service was poor. Their instant coffee was too little (extremely little?) and their cleaning service was not that good. (Sometimes the cleaner did not change my used cups?)
You must check the inside of cups which are black, because you probably can see fine dusts in there, even coffee pot condition was quite poor, so you cannot recognize whether it works or not, too old-fashioned, compared to their beautiful interior design and reputation.
As you know, I am the 1% of google local guide. I visited a lot of '4 to 5 stars hotels' in the world, but their condition and customer service were not as level as global tops (I think 3 stars hotel is suitable for them) The worst thing that I am totally not satisfied with is customer service.
The front desk staff's voice was quite cold as A.I, not customer friendly, took a phone call lately, sometimes missed my request so I could call them several times to request what I needed.
Even you cannot order breakfast due to covid 19. but other hotels provide breakfast for visitors?
In addition, you can see a weird thing. King bed room, the shower room and the toilet only use one door together? quite embarrasing if you use the room with your loved one. Thanks to god. I used only by myself at the time?
