Don’t stay in any of the rooms in the _13 or _14 columns otherwise be prepare to breathe in second hand smoke your entire stay there. This was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel!!!!!! Nearly triggered an asthma attack for me. I had to leave before my hotel booking was up. A little backstory: The first night I woke up alarmed smelling strong cigarette smoke. I immediately called concierge and asked for something to be done. 20 minutes later, nothing. Called them again, they offered a temporary room change for the night. Located us to __01, cigarette smoke problem was gone for the night. Second day: back to the same old room. Same night, cigarette smoke at night and throughout the night in the vents continued. Couldn’t open the windows because the air pollution in Seoul was at 160+ AQI. Stuck between a rock and a hard place. Third Night: Cigarette smoke happens through the vents and is strong and I’ve not had sleep for the past few nights due to waking up constantly suffocating from cigarette smoke. Called Concierge for a room change the next day. They offered to change rooms but put us on a higher level in the _same_column of rooms! Seems like they didn’t know smoke travels up. Day 4: in the new room in same said column and the cigarette smoke is there. Migraines and throwing up ensue from me. Day 5: I’ve had enough. Booked a room for COEX intercontinental. Left before my intended checkout date. Got an empty apology from concierge as I booked it out of there. No amount of money saving is worth the effects of second hand smoke. When you get cancer and look back on the couple hundred you saved on a cheap hotel, will you tell yourself it was worth it? TLDR: They don’t enforce non-smoking rules, so if you smoke there and decide to poison the rest of the tenants via the vents, they won’t do anything about it. I would only recommend this place to smokers. Pregnant women stay away! All the concierge is good for is apologizing, but nothing gets done. I won’t be returning for as long as I live.

The room is very very small for its price but it clean. The curtains desperately need dusting off. The bathroom is clean, compact and has a hot shower and hair dryer. It has cable tv and a mini ref. The breakfast buffet offers the same things everyday. Staying here for 7 days for business is not so bad. I got to interact with many business travelers too during breakfast. It is better to wake up early and have breakfast by 7am because the restaurant will be packed and the line gets long so you have to wait to be seated. The location is in the business area, with lots of good restaurants nearby. They have self operating laundry machine at the basement which is super! Don't need to bring many clothes for a long stay as you can wash them and the iron is also provided there for free.

Nice location,good restaurant and walking distance from the coexx. Rooms feel a little cramped for space .although the decor is lively and contemporary. Breakfast spread is good for non vegetarians,for those(non koreans) who have the appetite or the stomach;u must try the Korean noodles with anchovy broth!!!I must say it's an acquired taste. Lastly bathrooms;neatly tucked away in the corner of the room,no hot tubs,but a very functional and smart commode.I personally thought it was exceptional!!

Clean and nice place! Gym is big and machines are relatively okay. Weight options are limited, they even have a blood pressure meter available. after a session you can even pop by the sauna. Rooms were modern and clean! Overall had a good experience

Easy check in/out process. Rooms were comfortable, plenty of towels and tv channels. Walking distance from restaurants, bars and 7/11 type shop.

Check in was easy. Hotel and room felt very clean and comfortable. I loved the colors. Felt new and modern and fun. Only stayed one night. Chose this for location to my mornings appointment. Has underground parking.

The room did not make me feel like it was hygiene. Many aspects of the room were ready in a shoddy look, and the quintessential of it was the shower booth floor which was dirtily cracked.

Please do not book “Standard Rooms” unless you really don’t mind staying in 90s style Motel rooms. Just pay 10+ bucks more and get upper graded room. Not sure when was the hotel built but the condition of standard rooms are horrible to be honest. It’s wayyyyyy older than what you see from the website. I originally booked standard double room and when i stepped into the room, I was shocked by its condition and immediately changed to Premiere double room with additional charge (15000krw per night) which was recently renovated (probably 3-4 years?!) However I found that purchasing on website is cheaper than paying on the spot. (12000krw per night on website)
