C	Charles Bai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay at this hotel for weeks at a time. I also only stay at park hyatt in new york and tokyo. This is my 4th time staying here and the quality of service has significantly deteriorated during the pandemic. It is not the service i expect from the park hyatt brand. Everyone is polite. Views are the best views in seoul. Rooms are clean. Where things go wrong: 1. Eaten room service carts are left out in the hallway for hours. 2. When entering the hotel, one guest did not have a mask. I asked for a mask and was instructed to go to a convenience store to purchase one. 3. I understand pandemic rules are for the safety of all guests, but the way this is communicated is off. (Hard to describe in words) I would not recommend this park hyatt seoul during the pandemic.
A	An on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff members were extremely attentive. Requested for a room with a view and they delivered. Getting a room on the higher floors is definitely worth it. Told them it was our anniversary and was gifted a bottle of wine and chocolate truffles. Breakfast was also great. The sides options are abundant. They helped me get a better reservation time at Jungsik so the concierge service is on point. Definitely am coming back for another getaway.

Only downside is the lift system; depends if you see it as a security boon or a building layout flaw. On the whole, still waaay better than Grand Hyatt Seoul. Just the staff alone trumps the staff there.
j	j f on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is awesome. They will treat you like VIP from the time you step in until you leave the hotel. The hotel and the room where spotless. The breakfast was delicious and included. It was like a buffet but because COVID, we need to order our food but you can order as many time we want. The pool a little small but is indoor and it has awesome view. The water was warm for the cold winter. The location of the hotel is next to COEX mall and close to lotte tower. The parking was awesome. They give you valet parking for 18,000 won a day. You can leave and come back the parking as many time you want and they still do valet for the same price.

The Park Hyatt is always a top tier hotel, I would argue this is one of the nicest hotels in Seoul. There is a metro stop literally right in front of the hotel, incredibly convenient. Globalist perks are in full effect, lucky to get an upgraded suite upon arrival. Staff are very professional and accommodating; get your Globalist friends to use their Guest of Honor status boost so you get all the perks! Skyline pool view, incredibly tasty breakfast, can’t wait to come back!
