I	Intertraveler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, cozy and comfortable. Small room, limited closet space but good enough for a short stay. Nice staff with quick and easy check in and out. Bring a toothbrush. We had a good view of COEX building. Coffee show and restaurants everywhere. Convenience store right behind. Subway stop at the door step.

The cafe in the the lobby serves good coffee and banana cake! The hotel has a not so pleasant practice of asking guest to prepay everything before check out. That was quite annoying.

Food options for night time orders could perhaps be increased for business travellers who work late even back at the hotel. Buffet breakfast was excellent too with good range of options. Overall a very pleasing experience.

It was warm throughout the entire night during the end of winter and early spring ( I stayed in the first week of March) though I have adjusted the temperature to 18 degree celcius. Other then the air-conditioner, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Love the interior too!, "Good value for money", "Convenient transport options", "Excellent location"

B	Briana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service I experienced on a hotel visit in a long time. I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and while the location is good, they do not have any concept of concierge or customer service. The rooms had only 2 large towels, so we had to ask the front desk to give us more. It felt like i was begging by the looks of their faces (they always look annoyed). One night, we ordered some ice cream and spoons were missing, so I called the front desk to ask for a spoon. They said they don't have any. I have been to many hotels but what kind of a hotel doesn't have any utensils? They even have a restaurant for the buffets! The rooms are pretty small and has only one chair, so when we were eating in the room, we had to sit on the bed, which we didn't want to do so as not to soil the sheets. So, I called the front desk and asked if we could get one more chair. and again-, they said they couldn't spare ANY chairs. Seriously, I started thinking I was asking for too much. At any other hotel, this would be such an easy ask, but whatever, this hotel does business off of their location and doesn't care about having customers return.
