★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 희정당은 왕의 집무실과 거처로 사용되었고 대조전 앞쪽에 위치하고 있다. 입구는 현대식으로 차를 타고 내릴 수 있도록 만들어져있으며 내부는 근대적인 화장실도 있고 창도 유리로 꾸며져있으며 유럽풍의 가구도 있다.
하지만 지금의 희정당은 기존의 희정당이 아니라 1917년 불에 타 없어졌던 것을 복구하면서 경복궁의 강녕전을 이전하면서 복구한 것이다. 즉 예전의 희정당 모습과는 다르다고 한다. 그래서 그런지 내부를 보면 조선시대가 떠오르기 보단 대한제국이 떠 오른다.
Huijeongdang was used as the king's office and residence and is located in front of Daejojeon. The entrance is made for getting on and off the car in a modern way, and the inside has a modern toilet, the windows are decorated with glass, and there are European style furniture.
However, the present Huijeongdang was not the existing Huijeongdang, but was restored by relocating Gangnyeongjeon Hall in Gyeongbokgung Palace while restoring what was burned down in 1917. In other words, it is said to be different from the former Heijeongdang. That's why, when you look inside, you think of the Korean Empire rather than the Joseon Dynasty.
