★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 검암역 가는 빠른 길이어서 출퇴근 할때 사람들이 지름길로 많이 이용합니다. 해외 가려고 인천공항 갈 때 지인이 이 아파트에 거주할 경우 자가용을 놀러가는 동안만 부탁하고 갔다옵니다.(주차비 공짜니까)

코로나 시기에 사회적 거리두기 단계에 상관없이 헬스장 등 이용시설이 항시 오픈되어있는데 관리인까지 없어 아무런 관리가 안되고 있음.
헬스장의 지문인식기는 무용지물이라 사전등록하지 않은 외부인들이 자유롭게 드나들고, 실내화 구분없이 외부 신발을 그대로 신고 운동하여 위생도 안좋고, 출입명부와 체온계가 비치되어 있지만 방문자의 95% 이상이 방명록을 기재하지 않음.
헬스장 뿐만 아니라 아파트 전반의 관리 및 거주민들의 시민의식이 현저히 떨어짐
