★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주변 아파트에 비해 큰평수(34,43,47,53,77평)가 많고, 튼튼하게 지어서인지 10년조금 안 되었지만 관리도 잘되었고,단지내 초등학교가 있으며 중고등학교도 가깝고.. 조경도 잘되어 있고 운동하기도 좋으며, 층고도 높아 층간소음도 적은편등등 좋은점이 너무 많네욥!
