다만 전면동은 길가와 가까워서 소음이 심합니다.
그리고 연식대비 관리가 안되서 빗물누수도 있고 층간 소음이 많이 심해요. 위에서 뛰면 아랫집 천장등이 흔들릴 정도 입니다. 그래도 검단 신도시와 가까워 인프라를 누리면 좋을거 같네요.
The location is great. There are many buses in front of the apartment.
However, the front ridge is close to the roadside, which makes a lot of noise.
And since it is not managed for the year, there is rainwater leakage and the noise between floors is a lot. If you run from above, the ceiling of the lower house will shake. But I think it is good to enjoy infrastructure because it is close to Geomdan New Town.
