★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price. Brilliant location. Would be 5-Star if it has true air conditioning. During my visit from 8 to 14 April 2017, the room temperature was kept at around 24 to 25 degrees Celsius. It was a little too warm for me and I needed to leave the window open during my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe this is rated as a 4-star hotel as I was extremely disappointed during my stay. The hotel does not provide any toothbrush and charges you extra money if you need one. The toiletries are kept to a bare minimum and the air conditioning does not work properly. The front desk was unhelpful and did not want to give bottled water when I asked for one. The hotel needs to seriously relook into its basic amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good central location and good restaurant. Good, clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is definitely the best that I’ve experienced at the hotel and the restaurant staff are really nice. One day into my Seoul trip I fell down some stairs and unfortunately broke my ankle. The front desk was able to get my bags of ice which helped a lot! I’d say the only thing they’re missing is a bellhop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean and the service was good. Location is excellent. Easy access to subway via underground shopping mall. However, the walls were rather thin so we could hear our neighboring guests when they were taking loudly or when their kids were jumping around. Pillows were too soft for our liking. Overall a decent hotel for its price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The auto function heated toilet is awesome.. Very surprised when you 1st seat down.. Very warm. Room is small. But we'll equipped.. Hot water came fast with good pressure.. Well stocked toiletries
Good size TV with good English channels.. Small bed / double?
Would have perfected a king.. Made up by the soft comforter and feather pillows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Room was quiet, nice enough view. Bed was the most comfortable I've slept in while all the times ive visited Seoul and the room was clean as well. Id definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a positive experience. Great location just across the street from Myeongdong and the Lotte department store, 5 min walk from the nearest Metro. Room itself was small but clean. Unbeatable value for money
