C	Cynthia Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new hotel in Japanese style nearby City Hall, but the standard double room we stayed is so different from the photos online and is so much smaller, we can’t keep 2 luggages opened at the same time and it’s truly annoying . The most spacious area in the room is the corridor and the bathroom ...... Checked the photos again on the hotel website, even on official website they use the deluxe rooms’ photos to pretend to be the standard rooms’!! Feel like cheated....... as all hotel booking agents show the deluxe photos for standard rooms... you will only know the truth when u check in, which is too late to cancel.

The crux of the problem is that it tries to provide their Japanese guest the comfort as if they have not left Japan.. Sigh.. This has 2 very big drawbacks, Firstly the room is designed with the japanese bath in mind, which normally is in the 3 parts. The upshot of this is that there is little space left for everything else making the room cramp. Second, in its attempt to hire only Japanese speaking staff they have ended up with a amateurs that don't know what they are doing sometimes.
S	Stephanie Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst places to stay. The hotel room is good, but the staff here is very very rude. My family and I are doing laundry at there laundry area. So while we are waiting, I went down and get some coffee for my parents. When we are back one of the staff told us, no drinks is allow. So we said “ok”, but guess what? that guy just went and turn off all the lights and aircon at our areas (just to chase us off). WTF ? we are already not drinking already? why do they need to be so rude and turn off the lights ?
M	Marald Otten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New hotel, rooms are extremely functional an have everything you need. They are quiet small though, but who needs a big hotel room? Location is pretty good, close to the subway and other interesting spots. Nothing to complain, would visit again.

My biggest complaint would be the air conditioner - it would only stay at 25 degrees Celsius even I turned it to 18 degrees Celsius...
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel room was full of windows, two walls. It felt spacious and relaxed. The building was quiet and the bathroom had a giant tub. It was it a stellar location. Note: they may give you some discount coupons, the one time Starbucks doesn't work.

Global currency exchange machine in lobby has better rate than elsewhere. Included buffet breakfast a feast with traditional plus western styles. Stayed 4 nights, and found this to be a great location to travel or walk around, with lots of local restaurants around with reasonable prices and great food; just can’t ask for more. Staff pleasant and helpful. Everything cleaned frequently. Plus, there is coin laundry available. Also a scale for customers to weigh luggage before leaving. Very thoughtful of hotel management to put a poster of a map showing the airport express bus stop location and schedule just near elevator in the lobby. Found that very helpful!
R	R B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the heart of Myeongdong with a walking distance from 숭례문, Seoul plaza, and the Lotte & Shinsegae department stores. Had a room on the 19th floor with an amazing view on Seoul tower. Comfy bathtub, separate toilet, clean & stylish amenities, plugs at 110v—which is very convenient for travelers from countries like the US— and most importantly : extra caring staff! Special shout-out to Kang-Ji Ho who displayed so much efficiency, patience, kindness and respect as he accommodated my requests. The only drawback is the wifi that sometimes gets laggy. But that wasn’t much of a problem since it doesn’t happen that often and I spent most of the day outside. Thanks for everything!
