★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the front desk was super helpful! I was checking out and realized that I left my passport at Etude makeup stores in Myeongdong and they did everything they can to find the correct store as there were many. After finding the right store, they called for me and asked to hold it there until I got there. They then proceed to draw a map for me that would get me there walking fast as I needed to catch the airport shuttle soon to catch my flight. Such a hectic morning. Staff at New Kukje hotel are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a perfect place if you're looking for great location & service. Staff is super friendly & helpful, breakfast's fantastic with lots of different options to choose from. Everything's delicious! The room has everything you could possibly need, very comfy! The location can't be better, metro just a few steps away from the entrance and Gyeongbokgung Palace is just a few minutes away. Beautiful and safe area to go for a walk and there are many restaurants & shops. A place I'll definitely go back as soon as I visit Seoul again❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in downtown Seoul, right next to City Hall. Very close to the metro and a mall. Great view of the old palace. Has a convenience store and cafe located in the lobby. Staff all spoke fluent English. Clean rooms with soft beds and clean bathrooms. Has a restaurant on the top floor which serves a breakfast buffet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Family and I enjoyed our stay at the New Kukje Hotel. The staff were great, very helpful, friendly and a big plus was most of them spoke English. The rooms were fantastic. A great Location and the area is great to explore. It is a short walk to the Palace. We will most certainly recommend a stay there. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has a very convenient location, close to the major transportation lines, subway bus and even cultural events since it is near the city hall. Rooms are super clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms also have a modern design and equipped with everything you'll need during your stay...very elegant hotel. Highly recommended! I'm writing this review as I'm still staying there... totally satisfied with my stay. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice hotel for a very nice price. The concierge spoke English, and there is a convenience store attached. The rooms are clean and have their own wifi, a bidet, and a lovely view. There is a sauna and massage area located on the 3rd floor, though it was closed every time I stopped by. Not a problem though, as I came at very odd hours since the rest of the day was out and about. Very close to city hall and bus access. Lots of great cultural sites nearby. Would recommend.
