T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Excellent location","Convenient transport options","Clean" city Hall metro station exit 4. walk ahead for a few minutes. clean room. usual amenities. very good service. staff helped me find a sim card and to send postcards. walking distance to ***y attractions and right near line 1/2 on the metro. airport bus drops off here too. station is press centre. recommend this hotel

However it is very easy to go to Myeondong, Hongdae etc. The hotel is very nice for the 'promotional' price we paid. The staff are fairly friendly. One thing is that the cleaners didn't restock the stuff or clean the room at all really except change the towels and make the beds. Taking the elevator can also be a nightmare when tons of people are checking in an out. Overall, a very good hotel.
P	Paul Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turns out the New Seoul Hotel is anything but 'New.' Stayed in an economy room with air conditioning. The A/C did not work. On highlighting this an engineer was sent to the room. They were unsuccessful apparently, when this was raised with reception I was informed it is an 'air heater' at this stage. Other things that did not work were the telephone, the security box/safe, the main door would not lock, the bathroom door was partially open due to a poor fitting, the bathroom floor was very slippery and drained poorly. Reception staff lacked professionalism in dealing with the air conditioning unit. The only 'star' for this hotel is for me, due to its central location. One final thing to note was the fire escape route was partially blocked with garbage and metal sheets (see photo). Not ideal in an emergency on the 15th floor. I won't be staying here again on any future returns to Seoul and would not recommend you do either, spend your money on a newer more professional establishment.
G	Garry Cas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there 2 weeks , the night we arrived our joint room which was booked 6 months prior was being occupied so we had to get a different room. Great location, cleanliness average, breakfast average (they don't top it up so first in best dressed). Plenty of "Other" hotels in the area so may stay in another next visit.
Y	Yorick de Wid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descent hotel in the middle of the city. Good service at the desk, English speaking staff and a helpful bellboy. The rooms are large and very clean. Everything is present in the rooms. WiFi is more than good and is available everywhere in the hotel. The American breakfast is not cheap but fresh every morning.
S	Sunil Keshava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in this hotel for just 1 night with my family in the "Family Deluxe Room". The room is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was well designed to seem very spacious. I was impressed with the way they saved space with the design of the bathroom and toilet. But there were few negatives - the wash basin was in the bedroom and not in the bathroom, the toilet has translucent glass which may not be comfortable for some. Apart from the room we could not explore anything else in the hotel.

The rooms are a bit small and the washroom was right beside the bed with no seperation. It was in a class stall. If you are by yourself it is good but with a family it was a bit awkward to use the washroom and waking people up at night. The beds were okay and the pillows were pretty good. The rooms were quite bit could hear the people nextdoor thumping around. Not noise from outside busy street could be heard. For the cheap price and clean rooms plus the great location. This is a decent place to stay in a busy part of Seoul
