★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very outstanding one of its kind - siraegi, blood pudding, and beef on the bone (2 chunks of upper rib or leg sliced laterally?) in murky bean paste soup. Because of bean paste soup which is a bit salty, some might say it's mostly MSG seasoning, but I would say that MSG seasoning is very light not to irritate your tongue. The soup is absolutely reliable and well-balanced, reflecting the 70 years long-lasted recipe. Blood pudding and beef were fresh without any bloody stink. For hangover broth lovers, this place is what you will regret missing out on. (Sorry for not taking a photo. I couldn't stop until the bottom of the bowl.)
