J	JJoon Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 용문시장 주변에는 이런 국밥집이 참 많다. 그중에 시장 안쪽에 있는 노란 ’순대국’ 현수막이 전부인 삽다리순대국은 맑은 국물과 푸침한 부속물로 유명하다. 순대국이라기보다 돼지한마리국밥이 맞는 표현같고 시골장터에서 먹던 그런 느낌인데 국물은 맹숭맹숭하면서도 진한건지 텁텁한건지. 소주를 하나 시켜야 제 맛을 알려나. 전주에 잘하는 곳이 많아서 그런지 감흥이 크진않았으나 서울에서 술꾼들 모여 장터 순대국맛 느끼기엔 딱 There are many soup restaurants around Yongmun Market.
