★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 통뼈로 우려낸 국물이 깔끔합니다. 갈비에 붙은 살이라 쫄깃한데, 조금 질긴 주위도 있긴했지만 전반적으로 좋아요. 양념장 매콤하니 입맛 돋궈줍니다
 The soup made with whole bones is clear. It's chewy because it's the meat on the ribs, but there were some parts around it that were a little tough, but overall it's good. The seasoning sauce is spicy and enhances the taste.

아현동에 위치한 해장국집. 곰탕과 해장국이 메뉴의 전부다. 그렇게 주문한 해장국2개와 곰탕1개. 해장국의 비주얼이 평소 알던 모습이 아니다. 곰탕처럼 뽀얀모습. 곰탕과 해장국의 차이는 시래기의 유무와 함께 내어주시는 선지여부다. 곰탕 국물의 맛 고소하다라는 단어 한마디로 끝난다. 보통 설렁탕집들보다도 더 고소한 맛이다. 약간의 소금간을 하는건 개인의 취향대로. 청양고추를 살짝 넣어주면 끝맛이 칼칼해진다. 시래기는 푹끓여 상당히 부드럽고 들어간 뼈다귀 고기의 경우 식감이 풍부하다. 특히 인상깊었던건 선지. 선지를 따로 주시는데 보통 선지를 즐겨먹는편은 아니지만 짭짤하여 고소한 국물과 함께 먹으니 별미였다. 국물이 고소해서 밥을 적게 될정도. 인근에서 포장해가시는 손님들이 많으며 사장님께서는 매우 친절하시다. 포장하게되면 양을 1.5배로주시는건 덤. 인상적이다.

Haejangguk Restaurant located in Ahyeon-dong. Gomtang and haejangguk are everything on the menu. I ordered 2 haejangguk and 1 gomtang. The visual of Haejangguk is not what you usually know. It looks as white as a gomtang. The difference between gomtang and haejang-guk is the presence or absence of shiraegi and the presence or absence of seonji. The taste of gomtang soup ends with one word: savory. It has a more savory taste than regular seolleongtang restaurants. A little salt is a personal preference. If you add a little cheongyang red pepper, the taste will be sharp. The shiraegi is very soft and the bone meat inside has a rich texture. Seonji was particularly impressive. Seonji is served separately, but I don't usually like to eat seonji, but it was a delicacy when eaten with the salty and fragrant soup. The soup is savory enough that the rice is less. There are a lot of customers packing up nearby, and the owner is very kind. It is a bonus to give 1.5 times the amount when packaged. Impressive.
