h	hani99 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가족과의 휴가를 위하여 주말 3박4일 동안 머물렀습니다. 인터컨티넨털 코엑스의 시설은 이제 오래되고 낙후되었다는 느낌이 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 호텔 직원분들의 투숙객에 대한 서비스와 관리는 높은 수준을 유지하고 있어 비교적 낡은 호텔 시설의 단점을 충분히 극복하고 있다고 봅니다. 체크인 당일 저녁 객실 내 화장실에 문제가 발생하였으나, 객실 관리 직원이 빠르게 대응하여 주었고, 불편함으로 인하여 요청한 객실 변경 건도 신속히 대응하여 주었습니다. 빠르고 적극적인 조치에 남은 기간동안 더 이상의 불편함 없이 머무를 수 있었습니다. 최근 객실 내 어매니티가 록시땅으로 변경이 되었던데, 기존에 사용하던 아그라리아 제품보다 더 나은 것 같습니다. 사실 기존 제품 중 특히 샴푸는 사용성이 그렇게 좋지 않았었습니다. 특히 라운지 서비스에 큰 만족을 말하고 싶습니다. 다른 호텔과 달리 자녀를 동반하여 애프터눈 스낵 및 이브닝 칵테일을 즐길 수 있도록 서비스하는 부분은 가장 만족한 부분 중 하나입니다. 마침 할로윈 시즌을 맞이하여 자녀 동반한 경우 작은 이벤트를 준비하여 준 것도 무척 좋았습니다. 라운지 최하나 매니저님 비롯한 담당 직원분들의 능숙하고 친절한 서비스에 즐겁고 행복한 시간을 가족과 보낼 수 있었습니다. 주말에는 많은 사람들이 몰리다 보니 아침 식사 대기가 많이 발생하고 있습니다. 30분 이상 대기할 경우도 있는데, 별도의 번호표를 나누어 주는 방법 등으로 장시간 줄에서 대기하지 않도록 해주는 것도 좋겠습니다. 이미 다른 호텔에서도 사용하고 있는 방법이기도 하구요. 하지만 조식 식당의 음식은 여전히 좋은 수준을 유지하고 있어 좋았습니다.

It was so convenient to walk directly into the Starfield Coex mall where there was a variety of shopping, food, the aquarium and of course the famous library! We had a temple view room and it was lovely to look at both day and night. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed while there. Every staff member we encountered was always very polite and professional.

L	LeJianZhong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are very polite and helpful. Seoul is one of the world's greatest cities and this is a great hotel to stay at while you're visiting or working in Seoul.
M	Mind 88 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is more like a 3 star hotel , the check in process is crazy convoluted and at 3:00 you have to yet be on a waiting list of some sort because there are so many people waiting to check in. You will be better off in a less crowded boutique hotel. Plus you feel like a animal waiting around to be checked in.
H	Hj SF on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful stay. Corner Suite had an amazing view. Club lounge was a little crowded, I thought. Food was pretty good. Note that pool is somewhat small and is limited to lap swims (and you are asked to wear a swim cap so bring one or you will be asked to buy one). Overall wonderful stay, aside from a minor incident which the staff very kindly tried to resolve. Overall pretty good stay. I always love staying here.

They also helped me find a convenience store to grab something I forgot to pack on my trip. They had a map and were so nice when explaining to me. My room was very clean and I had a great night's sleep! <3
