★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Light stands are too dark, you can smell liquor and cigar in the room. Also due to the club in the basement of the building, you can feel the vibration and hear the noise all night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dinner at the buffet and it was one of the most underwhelming experiences I had food wise in Korea to date. It had nice diversity but everything was very blandly put together unlike most of almost everywhere else I went. For the price point of this, it makes more sense to go to convenience store across the road as you will find better quality and diversity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is great for those who want to enjoy cheongdam or coex area. Pls be aware it's far from myeondong or seoul station area. The facility is aged but kept decent, the room is also kept clean but again you can tell it's slightly old. Service team is helpful and you can expect what the hotel service usually provides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for two nights during the Christmas. One of the receptionist was incredibly rude and arrogant with his tone or the way he handled the things. Other than this one receptionist (I think his last name was Lim), its a good place to stay. Also, the other receptionists were very kind and helpful. I hope Riviera hotel finds this comments and improve their employee training. Please keep in mind the reception of the hotel is the first impression of the entire hotel which clearly affects the overall experience. Would have been a four-star rating if it wasn’t the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly pricey, room was very nice but had difficulty with AC only goes to 68 still feels warm, everything in hotel has pricey cost. And if you have to leave/ check out early for any reason including emergencies, they give you a hard time and refuse to refund, even if it was for emergency reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll love staying over at this venue. Sizable rooms, gym, free swimming pass, good restaurants and buffet with good prices at least for this kind of hotel. Easy access to transport and a good amount of eateries nearby as well as convenience stores. Totally enjoyed my stay. I'm sure you would yours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room condition was okay. It was clean and staffs were helpful. But it was too dry. I couldn’t sleep well. And there were no tooth brush or tooth paste. I didn’t know I had to buy them. The price was good but I rather pay more and stays in a better hotel.
