★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - 1913송정역시장에 있는 식빵집. 빵 나오는 시간이 정해져 있지 않고, 빵집 앞에 시간이 적혀 있음. 모든 식빵이 3,300원 균일가. 식빵 나오자마자 팔려서 원하는 식빵을 구입하지 못할 때도 있음. 가게 안에는 갈릭크랜베리, 블루베리, 옥수수, 딸기식빵이 'BEST'라고 적혀 있음. 식빵 나오자마자 바로 팔리는 것이라서 잘라주지 않음.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 갈릭크랜베리, 옥수수, 팥크림치즈 먹었는데 전체적으로 맛있었습니다. 팥크림치즈는 생각보다 팥이 적어서 실망했지만 갈릭크랜베리, 옥수수는 정말 고소하고 부드러웠어요.
I ate garlic cranberry, corn, and red bean cream cheese, but it was delicious overall. The red bean cream cheese was disappointed because there were fewer red beans than I thought, but the garlic cranberries and corn were really savory and soft.

서울에도 그렇고 최근 프리미엄 식빵집들이 좀 많지요.
광주에서도 몇군데 있는데 송정시장 새로 개편하면서 생긴 많은 상가들 중 장사가 꽤 잘 되는 곳입니다.
빵 나올 시간 맞춰서 갓나온 식빵 드시면 정말 맛있습니다. 옥수수식빵, 딸기식빵 간식용으로 먹기 딱 좋지요. 우유랑 먹으면 딱인데 우유도 바로 팔고 있습니다.
큰 기대없이 사 드시면 엇 맛있는데 하는 느낌의 식빵집 입니다.

코로나로 종류별로 빵을 살수 있어서 한편으론 다행이예욤.. ㅠㅠ
