y	young Yim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아침 일찍 문을 여는 송정역부근 국밥집. 이른시간 기차타기전 아침밥 먹기 좋은듯. 주변에 다른 국밥집이 있어 비교해가며 먹어도 재미있을듯. 모듬국밥을 시켰는데 뚝배기에 소복히 나오는것이 건더기도 양이 많고 실해 넉넉히 먹을수 있었음. 머릿고기와 내장 많고 암뽕순대라 불리는 피순대도 서너개 들어있어 골고루 먹기 좋았음. 국물은 다대기가 들어있으나 그리 거슬리진 않았고 다대기를 풀어도 맑은편. 다대기 없이 먹어도 맛이 좋을듯. 여기 찐단골인듯한 아재 두분은 실제로 다대기 뺀 새끼보국밥을 맛나게 드셨음. 반찬은 김치와 석박지 스타일의 깍두기. 마늘장아찌와 양파 풋고추가 된장과 함께 나옴. 광주는 콩나물이 맛이 좋던데 콩나물무침이 안나와 조금 섭섭했음. 전체적으로 맛있는 국밥집이나 암뽕순대의 맛이 시장국밥에 비해 떨어짐. 토렴스타일을 선호하는지라 역시 시장국밥으로 향할듯. 콩나물 무침과 선지를 얹어주는 인심도 시장쪽에 마음을 기울게 하는 요인. 뚝배기에 바글 끓이는 호불호없는 맛은 강점. 기차사간 촉박한 여행객들에게 강추. A soup restaurant near Songjeong Station that opens early in the morning. It's good to have breakfast before boarding the early train. There are other soup restaurants around, so it would be interesting to compare and eat. I ordered the assorted soup, but it came out in an earthen bowl with a lot of ingredients, so I was able to eat it generously. It was good to eat evenly as there were three or four blood sundaes called ampon sundae, which had a lot of head and intestines. The soup contains dadaegi, but it was not too harsh, and it is clear even after releasing dadaegi. It tastes good even if you eat it without the dashi. The two fathers, who seem to be regulars here, actually enjoyed the baby Bogukbap without the dadaegi. The side dishes are kimchi and Seokbakji style kkakdugi. Garlic pickles and onion green peppers are served with soybean paste. In Gwangju, the bean sprouts taste good, but I was a little disappointed that the bean sprouts didn't come out. Overall, the taste of a delicious soup restaurant or amppong sundae is inferior to that of market soup. I like the Toryeom style, so I guess I'll go for the market soup. The seasoning with bean sprouts and seonji on top is also a factor that makes the market lean towards the market. Its strength is the unfavorable taste of boiling it in a clay pot. Recommended for travelers who are in a hurry between trains.
