★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at this hotel 4 times prior to this visit. I am never disappointed. The rooms are small, But I like That style...reminds me of Japan. Other hotels are big and look spartan, But the rooms at Toyoko make me feel like at home. The beds are clean and comfortable for sleeping. The ladies working at the dedk are always friendly and helpful. I love Busan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my stay at Toyoko inn. The hotel is walking distance to the beaches and street markets. The rooms we stayed at weren't big, but provided slippers, air conditioning, television, and refrigerator. Depending on the room there's a nice view of the beaches. Breakfast is served in the morning too. Overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really can't say enough good things about this place. I'm in town for a conference, and it's affordable and quiet with an amazing free breakfast. There's the standard continental toast, juice, coffee, and pastries, but there's also a buffet of freshly cooked veggies, soup, and kimchi that has been different every day so far. Best free breakfast ever! And it's close to the beach, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but has everything you need, and great location by the beach. The breakfast service is hectic as there is limited dining area and heaps of people. The 10am check out time is also a little downer but the staff are really great and helpful. Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been here a couple times. This time we were told the parking was full Friday and Saturday so only park down there Thursday afternoon. Either way you have to pay for parking. Your hotel reservations do not guarantee you a spot in the lot and it is an additional cost. Aside from that, we really like staying here. The breakfast is big, filled with a lot of Korean type food and a couple western type items.

First,
We was trying to ask bout can we leave our bags and stuff b4 we check in. We talked on phone.
It was worst ever experience with hotel staff.
She don’t know how to talk with ppl even work position is front desk of hotel!
She was literally Impolite!!! She was like “I don’t know why you ask me That is not my business You better discuss with your friends.”
Actually she was way worse than this..
Anyway
This is insane.
I have been to trip a lot and it is my first experience.
She was so rude!!!!
Lack of customer service hotel ever!
!!!!!
We didn’t even get there.
Because of her who picked up our call.
No parking allowed you have to get and pay for parking when you book the hotel but there was no option for it.
Just waste money 87,000 won ugh!!!
You are thief nothing less nothing more.
DO NOT GET THIS HOTEL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is located in one of the best position to enjoy Haeundae beach with good view. And just 100m ahead you can reach beach. In the night time you won't miss fog upon the skyscrapers.
Cheaper price compare to the quality of facility and service. Here offers free breakfast. Very reasonable and frugal.
