P	Peter Kho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good: - Fantastic location, if you are looking to stay in Haeundae area. - Relatively clean. Bad: - Indifferent service throughout. From checking in at front desk to house keeping. Stingy on refilling amenities and towels - Strange (to put it kindly) air conditioning/heating system. Basically, air conditioning only works within 11 am to 7 pm during "cooler" months. So if your room is uncomfortably stuffy at 10 pm before you sleep, you are out of luck. Why don't you just open up the window? This leads to next issue... - Noise around the area. Okay, this is not really the hotel's fault, but the area can get very noisy throughout the night. Opening up the window to air out your room will only leads to further agitation. Overall: - I really wanted to like this hotel, as the location alone was nearly enough for me to overlook all the (lengthy) issues. But, at the end, I just could not get over the weird a/c policy. I understand electricity is not cheap in Korea, but if you have to hamstring your clients to such a nonsensical policy, you really shouldn't be in a hotel business. I'll be looking elsewhere to stay next time I'm in Busan.

Staff was friendly and spoke Korean and English and the beds were super super comfy. can't say enough about how amazing I thought this hotel was! would highly recommend if you're visiting Busan to go to the beach or check out the night life!

P	Paul Simonik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location *(less than 5 mins walk from Haeundae Beach and right on the same street as lots of good restaurants), good price on a holiday weekend. Comfortable, very clean...though somewhat bland style of rooms. Would stay here again.
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the room was quite nice. The blackout curtains are very effective. The bathrooms seemed to have been recently renovated. The beds were large enough to sleep comfortably. The check in clerk took pity on us westerners and upgraded us to a room with beds. Great value for the money spent. All the staff were very friendly and courteous at the hotel.
J	Jing Zhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is good and the room is cozy. The location is very convenient to the Haeundae Beach and many restaurants within a few minutes' walking distance. But I wish there were a shower curtain to prevent the water from splashing everywhere. Also, the bathtub doesn't seem safe for elder people or kids: one has to lift the legs pretty high in order to get into the bathtub to take a shower. Besides, I don't think the hotel should charge extra money for an "ocean view" as there is not much to see even our room is on the 9th floor. But in general, we're happy with our stay for the night.

The street is close to many restaurants mall movie theater sauna minimart. Convenient to get public transportation easy to get taxi and go to the train station. The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff is really helpful and professional. DefiniteIy will stay in this hotel again if i visit busan again. Hopefully the covid 19 pandemi will be over soon. Can't wait to travel again.
