★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is less than 5 minutes’ walk to Line 2 Konkuk University station. Very near to eateries and street food. Hotel room is clean and spacious. The 3 bedder has washing machine, dryer and oven. The hotel door is high tech with remote control door access. Nice view from the hotel room too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were well received by the English speaking staff upon check in and throughout our six day stay they were always on hand to offer assistance and directions. We had breakfast included. What more could you ask for I strongly recommend this place for couples, small families and a few good friends holiday together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without going into excessive detail the front desk was extremely accommodating of our needs and really bent over backwards to help us. Good for kids to roam around rather than being confined to a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On top of that, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room is incredibly spacious. The laundry machine and kitchen are such appreciated conveniences. Great location thou. There is even a cinema round the corner. Breakfast at the hotel was limited and tends to cater for Asian rather than European.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words cannot describe the facilities and overall feelings we had staying at this awesome hotel. The spa helps you to unwind, soak, and relax and is well worth the small additional fee. The rooms are gargantuan, an entire football team could have stayed and had a match in here they were so big. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitable staffs at reception. Quite spacious inside. Not that much high-tech facility in spite of superior suite room. No bathtub. But totally satisfied at it location(right in front of downtown), facilities, and customer reception system. Plus, check-out time completely fits me(12 pm).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely lovely lovely... Such a big apartment with great view. It really made my stay unforgettable. Fully clean and spacious apartment, laundry with dryer, large kitchen, large on suite and walk in robe. Study desk is bigger than mine back home . The staff are so friendly, the location is just next to a big shopping mall. No complaints and will be back to stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was not as much as its reputation on the internet. My room was all cracked and filled with scratches that some parties went.
The front team asked many things to do after Check-in(purchased) that made me upset to almost cancel the payment.
Clearly it’s located in good area of Seoul though, Here should treat all the customer as fair as they do to their residents or VIPs.
*Great to have time with family
*Not a hotel / residence hotel neither
(Strange position for the services)
