★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very good. Staffs were very kind and upgraded my room without extra charge. Clean and cozy room but bathroom was extremely small(literally u r gonna fit in).
I am willing to visit here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent room facilities (A/C, heated floor, videophone, hot & cold shower, refrigerator, washing machine). Staffs are friendly and speaks English very well. Located on a quiet side road, despite being in the middle of busy Itaewon. Windows are big, and there is a daily cleaning service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay! You actually get more of a mini apartment with kitchen and washing-machine instead of a plane hotel room. Located near the metro from where you can travel to anywhere around Seoul quite easily. Fairly priced for what you get, and the service and politeness of the staff was superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price to comfort ratio is great. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfy. It has a Korean stylr shower( wet shower), and a Japanese toilet. The location is fantastic! It’s so close to a bus stop and subway station. They have free water and toiletries. The room is small, but there are tons of closet space to store your baggage. The wifi was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Self-quarantined here for 14 days and can't recommend it more. Staff was so kind and accommodating, and having rooftop access made the whole ordeal a breeze. Clean, fantastic temperature control, big windows, etc.
