★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff spoke English and accomodated my needs. Only thing I wish was different is I wish they had a scheduled time for cleaning as the time they stopped by to clean my room changed daily and it was awkward being around when they stopped in to clean the room. Also they only clean rooms once every two day. They do give you 2 water bottles and fresh towels every day though. Although half way through my visit they switched to smaller bottles which was really dissapointing because you can't drink tap water in Korea so I had to go out and buy my own water.
It would be great if they had some stickers in English on the AC remote as I was hitting random buttons trying to operate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable. Quiet. Clean. The staff were nice and new towels and water were provided daily. The rooms are a little small but to be expected in such a premium space. Lots of cupboards to keep belongings in and a fridge/freezer and kitchenette are also found in the room. A conference room on 3F has tea and coffee supplies as well.
