★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late last year there was a fatal accident on site of the hotel that resulted in the death of a 39 year old man Son HyunSeung. He was a worker who was contracted by the hotel to hang up a banner in their conference hall. Due to safety negligence (like not providing enough space for the crane’s safety mechanism, lack of safety manager on site), the man fell to his death. The hotel refuses acknowledge and apologize to the family members of the deceased. I cannot imagine staying at or holding a conference at such a place with such dubious ethical standards. The man’s name is 손현승. You can find numerous YouTube videos and articles on this incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embarrassing. Their check-in desk is backed up so they asked us to wait 20 minutes. They recommended that we leave our bags and go about our schedule and come back later to check in...?
People sitting at the tables were very frustrated. They should’ve at least served drinks or something.
Hotel management here needs to get fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the staff deserved a five, but the towels and bathrobes were not soft in the slightest. Also, the wand in the bath tub didn't work, and I don't think there was any sort of room service.
