윤	윤희찬 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 텐동이 맛없을 수 있다는 것을 처음 깨달았다... 이치젠처럼은 아니어도 신발도 튀기면 맛있다는데.. 1. 밥에다 뿌려먹을 소스가 있으면 좋겠다. 2. 튀김 온도의 문제일까 반죽의 농도문제일까 튀기는 기술의 문제일까? 튀김이 상당히 느끼함 3. 튀김옷 두께가 균일하지 않아서 어느부분은 안쪽 반죽이 안익음. 튀기기 전 재료손질과 전처치에 문제가 있는듯 4. 튀김은 더럽게 큰데 두께도 있고 반죽이 덜익기까지 해서 먹기도 더럽게 불편하다 5. 통 쭈꾸미 튀김이랑 아나곤지 먼지는 모르겠지만 뼈 가득 튀김은 누구 머리의 아이디어일까 궁금하다 I realized for the first time that Tendon might not be delicious ... The tempura is dirty, but it is thick and the dough is less cooked, making it uncomfortable to eat. 5. I don't know the whole jjukkumi fry and angonji dust, but I'm wondering who the idea of frying bones is?

루	루타니 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일식 덮밥 좋아하는 친구한테 한끼 가볍게 대접하기에 좋은 장소라서 꽤 방문했었음. 근데 오늘 방문하고 다음과 같은 이유로 갈수록 퀄리티가 떨어지는 것 같다고 느꼈음. (초저녁 시간대에 방문) 1. 딱딱하게 굳은 밥 → 내 것만 그랬을 수도 있으나 솔직히 눌은 밥(혹은 굳은 밥)을 받고 학생많은 대학가 음식집이어서 이렇게 안일한가 싶었음. 개업 초반엔 이정도는 아니었던 것으로 기억함. 2. 미지근한 우동 → 그냥 미지근도 아니고 차가움~미지근한 면과 국물이어서 실망했음. 꺼내놓은지 꽤 된 우동을 받은 것 같았음. 3. 부주의한 서빙직원 → 일이 익숙치 않아 그랬던 것일수도 있음. 근데 바로 식사하는 손님 바로 옆에 물통을 쾅쾅 내려놓고, 물기 가득한 트레이를 손님 머리위에 흩날리는데...난 계속 깜짝깜짝 놀랐고, 졸지에 물을 맞았음. 너무 불쾌한 경험이었기에 오늘 이후론 안 갈 것 같음.. However, after visiting today, I felt that the quality seemed to be falling for the following reasons. (Visit during the early evening hours) 1. Hardened rice → It may have been just mine, but honestly, it was a college food restaurant with many students after receiving rice (or hard rice). I remember that it wasn't that much at the beginning of the business. 2. lukewarm udon → I was disappointed because it wasn't just lukewarm, it was cold-warm noodles and soup. It seemed that I had received some old udon noodles. 3. Careless serving staff → It may have been because the work was unfamiliar. But I put a bucket of water down right next to the dining guest, and a tray full of water was scattered over the customer's head...I was constantly startled and struck by water. It was a very unpleasant experience, so I don't think I'll be going after today..
c	chaCha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 모든게 무난하게 괜찮았습니다. 음식 맛도 괜찮았고, 가격도 적당했으며, 인테리어도 무난했습니다. 밥이 무한리필이라는데 양이 적은 일식덮밥의 특성을 상쇄해주는 좋은 아이디어였습니다. 여기까지만 봤을 때는 4.5점 짜리 식당이라 할 수 있겠지요. 그러나 사장님으로 추정되는 분이 알바생을 무시하는 태도에 저는 식사 내내 마음이 편치 않았습니다. 자리 구조상 둘의 대화를 계속 듣고 그 모양새를 관찰할 수밖에 없었는데 사장님의 비언어적 행동에서 알바생을 향한 한심함, 답답함, 하대 등이 느껴졌습니다. 물론 저는 내막을 모릅니다. 어쩌면 알바생분이 일을 못해서 사장님이 많이 답답하셨을지도 모르죠. 하지만 인테리어를 주방오픈 구조로 손님들이 그 앞에 앉는 좌석을 만들어두고서 드라마마냥 사장에게 혼나는 알바생을 계속 틀어주고 있으니 마음이 불편할 수밖에 없었습니다. 이런 걸로 별점을 깎는게 합리적인지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 하지만 손님이었던 제가 그곳에서 불편함을 느낀 것도 사실입니다. 알바생을 혼내는 것은 마감 후 한 번에, 또는 안 보이는 자리에서 하는 것이 어떨까요. 사람의 말투에서 상대방을 어떻게 생각하는지 확연히 느껴지니 말입니다. everything was flawlessly fine. Due to the structure of the seat, I had no choice but to listen to the conversation between the two and observe their appearance, but the non-verbal behavior of the president made me feel pathetic, frustrated, and disrespectful towards the part-timer. Of course, I don't know the story behind it. Maybe the boss was very frustrated because the part-timer couldn't work. However, as the interior is designed with an open kitchen, customers are seated in front of it, and they continue to play part-timers who are scolded by the boss like a drama, so I had to feel uncomfortable. I don't know if it's reasonable to give a star rating for this. However, it is also true that I, as a guest, felt uncomfortable there. How about scolding a part-timer at once after the deadline or in an invisible place? You can clearly see what the other person thinks of the person's tone of voice.
