한	한상화 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 정형외과 이재욱과장님 아파서 병원갔다가 진료받기 싫어서 상담만 하고 집에 오기는 처음이네요 ..증상 얘기하는 데 귀찮다는 듯 말 자르고 어디가 아프냐고 물어보시더니 결국 제가 얘기했던 거 다시 반복해서 말하게 하셨죠.약은 어떤 약을 주시는 거냐고 물어보니 "그건 약국에서도 다 얘기해 주는건데.."라뇨 어떤 약을 먹는지 환자 입장에서 궁금한 게 당연한건데 처방하는 의사한테 물어보는 게 잘못인가요? 자세한 설명을 안 해주셔서 하도 궁금해서 노트 하시는 모니터를 잠깐 봤는데, 의사가 진료하는데 진료노트를 보면 방해가 되지 않겠냐고, 예의를 지키라고 하셨죠?... ㅎㅎ 의사선생님께서 과금되는 부분에 대해서는 일체의 안내도 없이 물리치료와 약물치료 엑스레이촬영과 보조기구를 다 처방하시길래 , 걱정이 되어 본 거예요 처음부터 이런 부분은 추가 비용이 발생한다고 제대로 설명해주셨으면 제가 굳이 진료노트쪽으로 눈이 가지 않았겠죠? 마지막까지 어떤 과정으로 치료를 받게 될 지 감이 오지 않아 어떤 치료가 들어가는건지 정리해달라고 말씀드렸더니, 그런 건 간호사가 알아서 해줍니다 하고 책임을 다하지 않으셨어요 환자가 병원에 가서 진료받는 건 다른 부분도 아닌 내 몸을 타인에게 맞기는 거니 의사에 대한 신뢰가 정말 중요해요. 당연한거죠? 이재욱 과장님이 특권의식을 가지고 대충 진료보는 모습이 너무 뻔히 보이구요, 환자입장에서 불쾌합니다 녹색병원 자주 가고 또 신뢰했던 이용자로서 정말 실망입니다. 과장님, 환자를 인격적으로 대우해주세요. 병원 이름에 먹칠하지 마시구요!
