★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 코세척 식염수를 구매하러 갔는데, 제품이 없음에도 불구하고 렌즈용 식염수를 잘못 주셨습니다. 그래서 다음 날 제품이 잘못된 걸 알고 환불을 하러 갔더니 처음부터 제대로 보고 사지 그랬냐고 오히려 막 화를 내시더라고요.. 총 4개를 샀는데 1개를 뜯었기 때문에 3개만 환불하려고 했습니다. 하나당 1500원이어서 4500원을 환불받아야 했는데, 카드 영수증이 없다는 이유로 저에게 500원을 손해보고 4000원만 현금으로 받으라고 하시더군요.. 제품 하나 환불받는 데 온갖 짜증과 화를 들었습니다. 카드로 샀는데 영수증이 없다는 이유로 카드 수수료를 소비자에게 뒤집어씌울 수가 있나요? 소비자로서 너무 어이가 없고 화가 납니다.
 I went to buy Nasal saline, but you gave me the wrong saline solution for the lens even though there was no product. So the next day I found out what was wrong and I went to get a refund, but I was just angry when I saw it right from the beginning. I had to get a refund of 4500 won because it was 1,500 won per one, but you didn't have a card receipt. Can I flip the card fee over to the consumer because I bought it with a card and no receipt? As a consumer, I'm so absurd and angry.
