The AC fan emitted a faint sewage smell, there was hair all over the bathroom floor that was not ours, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the desk had food crumbs and sticky goo on it, and you could hear your neighbors through the walls and stomping above.
K	Kim Amy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst check-in ever. Never ever experienced at the lobby waiting for checking in/out over 40 mins except here(and its 5 star hotel, really????) The 4 hotels(novotel, novotel suites, ibis and grand mercure) check in/out at the same place, only having 4 staffs taking care of evey guest, which is insane!! Moreover, waiting list does not function as the number goes down(when you reach "around" the waiting number and tell the staff which number you are at, they just let you check in without looking into it), meaning that if you go to the desk early, they just let you in. Don't even understand why they have waiting system then. The hotel itself is decent, but the admin system is so screwd up that I would not waste time here again

H	Hazel M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed on the 32nd floor, a suite room. The view was amazing. As a platinum member I get to enjoy the breakfast & evening cocktail at the lounge on the 26th floor. All sounded good until the breakfast que was more than a 30mins wait! Apparently it’s always overcrowded on weekends- so I was told to go to the 2nd floor- the food exchange - not a dine in - also overcrowded- I was given some boxes to do a take out to eat in my room. The buffet was the same food every morning. So I was already bored with the breakfast by day 3. Wasn’t what I expected when I booked a weekend trip!! Housekeeping was good, the in room menu had a good variety & the food was good. The hotel has a bridge that links to the yongsan station & also some malls. Easy access. There are several hotels that’s connected together to form the Dragon City. Worth a visit.

There was a bit of miscommunication about my food allergies, but they quickly fixed the problem and I was able to continue to enjoy my stay. The bed was very comfortable and having a washing machine in room was very useful. I was also able to enjoy some of the food at the hotel. It was very delicious. I'd love to come again.
