★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and clean. Rooms were quite small and our bathroom leaked a little. Located close to Seoul Station Exit 12 (< 5 min walk), which made it a perfect overnight stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't be happier with the hotel. We had an early train trip to Deagu planned the next morning so again it was a very good location. The greatest bonus was the proximity of the Seoul Station. Staff was kind enough to help us for our overloaded luggages when we checked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room has to date decor, it's a little tight for space, and the bathroom could use some maintenance, but was a cosy spot very close to Seoul station, so it was just fine for a short stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel location is very convenient to get round Seoul. It have convenient public transportation around. The hotel rooms were kept very clean. Room amenities are the best of any hotel. The best part of this hotel is the front desk personnel. I thought we got extremely good value. Will recommend to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we stayed in was small yet tidy with super tiny windows. No sights to admire there sasly. To be honest toilet was almost half the size of the room. There was air condition in the room. The 1 double bed and 1 single bed would suggest the room was ment for 3 people but you could hardly fit 2 people inside. On the up side the hotel is literally round the corner from Seoul Station which made it super convenient to get to all the attractions. 4 nights for 2 people put us back by around 280 000 won.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is clean and rather spacious. Thou there wasn't a lift but their staffs were nice enough to help carry our baggages for me and my family. (we stayed at the top floor).
Location was good as it is near convenient and food stores. About 15 minutes walk to reach station and there are tons of cabs around if you are lazy. - the slope before is quite steep before reaching the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Location: Close to exit 12 of Seoul station, however right across the hotel is a park where homeless people live. The quickest way to the station was to walk through the park. At night, the area felt sketchy.
2) Rooms: The bathroom was dirty, and there was black mildew in the corners and on the floor. The shower drain was semi-clogged as well. Our lamp and desk looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. In addition, the room is very small, which is something to consider if you have large luggage.
3) Service: A lot of the reviews here praise the service, but in my opinion it was the same kind of service I got at all the other hotels I stayed at in my one week in Korea. It was normal/good, but not above and beyond.
4) Value: Yes, this hotel is very cheap and close to the station, but I would have rather paid more for a clean room even for a one-night stay.
