★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주문 시스템이 완벽하고, 직원이 적당히 친절해서 좋다. 허나 일본의 쯔께멘과는 달리 한국화가 완료되어 국물이 밍밍하고 미지근하여 아쉽다. 면을 푹 담그지 못할 정도로 뜨겁고 진한 쯔께멘을 먹고싶다. 국물이 끝까지 뜨거울 수 있도록 뚝배기를 쓰면 어떨까?
The ordering system is perfect, and the staff is moderately friendly. However, unlike Japanese tsukemen, the Korean version is complete and the broth is bland and lukewarm, which is disappointing. I want to eat Tsukemen that is so hot and thick that I cannot fully soak the noodles. How about using a ttukbaegi so that the soup stays hot all the way?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있다. 일본에서 흔히 먹던 츠케멘처럼 츠케지루 진하지는 않은데, 전체적인 스타일이 도쿄의 やすべえ와 상당히 비슷하다. 면의 식감이 너무나 좋았기에 츠게지루의 농도가 신경 쓰이지는 않았다. 매운맛을 단계별로 선택할 수 있는데 츠케지루의 농도도 선택이 가능하다면 좋겠다. 별도의 메뉴 없이 츠케멘만 판매를 하는 곳이니 괜찮지 않을까 싶다. 그리고 서면/전포의 여타 1인 라멘가게들과 달리 내부가 넓고 쾌적한것도 좋았다.
delicious. The tsuke-jiru is not as thick as the tsukemen we usually eat in Japan, but the overall style is quite similar to the tsukemen in Tokyo. The texture of the noodles was so good, I didn't care about the consistency of the tsugejiru. You can choose the spiciness level by level, but it would be nice if you could also choose the concentration of tsukejiru. I think it would be okay as it is a place that only sells tsukemen without a separate menu. And unlike other single-person ramen shops in Seomyeon/Jeonpo, the interior was spacious and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 외관 인테리어 보고 일본을 아시는분인데 싶어서 들어갔는데 맛도 넘나맛있음...츠케멘 국물은 심플하게 딱 두가지. 기본적으로 토핑은 김, 계란, 멘마, 삶은 돼지고기가 들어감. 돼지고기도 푹 잘끓였는지 부드럽고 질긴식감 하나없이 국물소스를 잘 먹은 고기맛이라 대존맛.
주인장이 도쿄에서 10년동안 직접 츠케멘 창시자파에서 전수받아온 노하우로 오픈한 가게라고 함. 여러모로 된집.
