★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed 4 nights during my business trip. It was my first time in Seoul so I wanted to stay in Gangnam. L7 was very conveniently located, mins walk to the Coex Conference Center.
The L7 Gangnam is a lovely hotel.
Beautiful decor and very clean and comfy. Super comfortable beds. Staff was super helpful and spoke English. I had a amazing room view . There is a subway stop very close by so you can easily get anywhere you need to. Breakfast was great. Also, the gym was nice. Nearest Airport Limousine bus station is 5 min walk.
Highly recommend this place also for business travelers.

Central location with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
Hotel have good amenities including 24/7 coin laundry and small gym with Technogym.
Ask for high floor room for quietness.
Breakfast is ok, but better to dine out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big on styles but service was hit or miss. We were greatful to check into our room early since it was clean and available at the time we arrived. Great convenience for travellers when room is ready even if you arrive earlier than check in time. That we were really appreciated. Services was 50/50. Some staffs were friendly and a couple were a little expressionless. Location of this hotel is pretty good, short walk to subway and easy to find taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is reasonable but we were not happy with the cleanliness. Room was never cleaned thoroughly. The tiles and grout in the bathroom were dirty. Didn't want to walk in there. We had left a used bathrobe on the floor to get replaced because you can clearly see a stain on the front of the robe but they just put it back up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, we were very happy. The room was very clean and comfortable, albeit a little small. The breakfast was fine, but needed more options. There were some nice touches, such as the take away filet coffee and cup in the rooms. We wouldn't be in a rush to come back, but would also be happy to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed the service here, staff was super busy but helpful. The only thing I didn't really like was the front desk is on the 9F I think? That was pretty odd to me.
Fitness center was small as well, but other than that I enjoyed the bed soooo much and they were able the switch my room the following nights after my friend decided to leave. I recovered from surgery while here, and I do not regret it! It was very clean!
