가입하고 6만원 결제 후 3일 정도에 걸쳐서 제안서 18건 정도 보냈고.. 2건 성사됐는데 이정도면 괜찮은 것 같네요 처음에 연결이 잘 안돼서 반신반의 했는데 괜찮은 플랫폼인거 같습니다. 경쟁이 좀 치열해서 서비스 가격을 시세보다 살짝 낮게 부르니까 거래가 그나마 원활해 지는 거 같습니다..

숨고를 고수로 이용하고 있습니다. 고객분들의 요청을 보고 맞춤 답변을 준비하여 연락드리면 다시 연락주시는 고객을 여러번 만나서 지난 2년 2020년 1월 까지는 문제없이 후기 잘 받아가며 사용하고 있었습니다. 캐시 방식으로 바뀌면서는 무조건 금액만 먼저 입력해야 하고 고객이 조회하면 연락하고 하는 방식으로 운영되고 있는데요. 최근에는 (물론 작다면 작은 금액이지만) 제가 고객과 대화하기 위해서 결재를 하고 컨설팅을 해주는 봉사역할이 더 많은 상황입니다. 그렇게 1건 당 지불되는 돈이 아깝다는 것이 아닙니다. 고객의 요청에 제대로 대응하고 준비된 답변을 처음부터 보낼 수 있어야, 상담이 이루어질 수 있다고 보는데요. 금액을 보고 어떤 선택을 할 수 있을지 모르겠습니다. 정액제의 처음 방식과 선착순 5개의 견적으로 들어가던 초기 숨고 방식이 훨씬 좋았다고 보입니다. 후기를 잘 받은 덕분인지 아직 숨고를 통해서 연결이 되고는 있습니다. 어떤 고객님은 후기를 가짜로 만든것이 아니냐고 의심하는 분도 계시고 나름 성실하고 정직하게 이용하는 입장에서 좋지 않은시선을 받는 것이 기분 좋진 않습니다. 고객에게 양질의 서비스를 합리적은 금액에 받게하고 저희 고수들에게는 광고하기 어려운 입장에서 직접 의뢰하시는 고객과의 소통을 통해서 윈윈하는 방식으로 다시 돌아가기를 부탁드립니다. 숨고가 저렴한 서비스 만을 제공하는 곳은 아니지 않나요? 두서없이 적어 보았습니다. 아직 숨고에서 후기등의 실적을 보고 연락주시는 분들이 있어 별은 두개 드립니다. 오늘은 초심으로 돌아가라 는 한 격언을 다시 한번 생각하며 스스로를 채찍질하는 마음으로 저녁 공부를 시작합니다.

1. 숨고 고객센터의 응대나 서비스 이용은 괜찮았습니다. 다만 리뷰 시스템을 개선할 여지가 있는 것 같습니다. 2. 최근 부천 소재의 청소클라X를 이용했으나, 매우 불만족했고 물리적인 상처를 입기도 하여 낮은 평점을 작성했습니다. 3. 제가 본 리뷰 시스템의 문제점은 아래와 같습니다. 1) 법률이 그렇게 적용이 되는건지는 모르겠지만, 고수 입장에서 한시적일지라도 리뷰 삭제 요청이 용이한 것 같습니다. 해당 업체 리뷰란을 며칠 유심히 지켜봤는데 1점 리뷰들은 순식간에 사라지더군요. 2) 숨고를 처음 이용한 관계로, 업체 컨택만 숨고를 이용하고 거래와 관련된 결제 등은 직접 계좌이체를 했습니다. 즉, 숨고 내에서는 거래했다는 기록이 없는데 견적서를 받기만해도 리뷰 작성이 가능합니다. >> 직원이나 이해관계자를 동원하여 리뷰 조작이 얼마든지 가능할거라 생각합니다. 3) (모바일 기준)제가 쓴 리뷰가 수정이 안되고 고수 피드백에 대응을 못합니다. 제가 쓴 리뷰에 고수가 답글을 달았는데 전부 거짓으로 작성을 해도 시스템 상 반박이 불가능하니 매우 화가 납니다. 4. 정말 기본 클라스도 안되는 청소업체를 이용하는 바람에 스트레스가 이만저만이 아닙니다. 앞으로 이와같은 불량업체 때문에 정말 책임감을 가지고 열심히 하시는 고수분들이 피해를 보지 않도록 운영해주시기를 기원합니다.

In the future, I hope that the high pollutants who are working hard with a sense of responsibility will not suffer any damage due to such bad companies.

답글 읽어봤는데 여전히 핑계뿐인 숨고; 최악의 회사^^ / 숨고 CX팀의 대응방식은 조잡하며 문제가 많습니다. 어떤 문제가 발생했을 때 진정성을 가지고 문제에 대응하고 해결하려고 노력하는 것에서 회사의 원숙함이 보이는데, 숨고 CX팀은 무조건 문제를 덮고 은폐하기에 바쁩니다. 이를테면 플랫폼에 만연한 리뷰조작에 대한 문제가 그렇습니다. 전체 거래내역이 10개 밖에 안되는 회사에 같은 날 똑같은 리뷰가 10개가 판박이처럼 남겨져도, 숨고CX팀은 절대 리뷰조작이 아니라고 단언합니다. 이런 플랫폼은 절대로 비추입니다.
I read the replies, but I'm still hiding as an excuse; Worst company ^^ / Hide CX team's response method is crude and there are many problems. When a problem arises, the maturity of the company is shown in responding to and solving the problem with sincerity. For example, there is a problem with review manipulation that is prevalent on platforms. Even if 10 identical reviews are left on the same day for a company with only 10 total transaction details, Hidego CX team asserts that it is absolutely not review manipulation. A platform like this is absolutely a no-brainer.

Nothing awesome ! People never answer your message even tough they contact you ! You pay all the time and the percentage of answers is about 1 out of 10 ! Sounds ridiculous! It doesn't worth it ! Like the other reviewers..I have a huge doubt about the customers ! Are they even real ! There is something odd here !

I am currently in a dispute with a personal trainer I found on Soomgo. The trainer gave a variety of excuses to cancel and postpone the sessions. I would have had received 18 sessions at the point of dispute but I only received 5 sessions, 2 of which were compensation sessions for cancellation. After six weeks of inconsistent classes, I told the trainer I would like to withdraw from the program and request a refund. He apologized and tried to salvage the relationship but I insisted that I would like to end it. Unfortunately, he said that he was struggling financially and could not refund the 900000won that I had paid upfront. Since I made the payment on Soomgo, assuming that I would've had some sort of consumer protection, I approached Soomgo for help. However, Soomgo responded that they only mediate and hold no responsibility between the consumer and service provider. So I tried the mediation that Soomgo had offered but not only did it lead to nowhere, it worsened the situation. The trainer still refused a refund and threatened to sue me for defamation on the grounds of tarnishing his reputation by the mere fact that I approached Soomgo for help. At this point, the trainer has breached his contract with both Soomgo and myself by refusing both a refund and his services. However, Soomgo has responded that there was nothing else they could do and it was out of their hands. They redirected me back to contacting with the trainer personally. However, the trainer has not responded to my last message. Due to the lack of consumer protection from Soomgo, it had inconvenienced me by forcing me to seek external help such as getting a lawyer to prepare for a counterclaim against the said threatened defamation along with a lawsuit on compensation. I had also reached out to the Korea Consumer Agency for help, however, they require the trainer's number, which I do not have, to process a consumer dispute. I approached Soomgo once again to request the trainer's number but they could not provide it due to the privacy act. I explained my situation to the agency and they have decided to approach Soomgo directly to figure out what are the next steps to take. I am usually not one to write reviews but this ordeal has caused me so much distress and I would like to warn other users of the possible consequences of engaging freelancers on Soomgo. South Korea does not have a small claims court, so if you are unable to resolve your dispute directly with the freelancer, you will have to spend a lot of money and time to bring it to court. I urge all current and prospective users of Soomgo to bear in mind that Soomgo does not protect its users in consumer dispute cases. So please think twice before engaging someone on Soomgo.
