★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이 동네에서 대단지, 학군, 교통호재, 자연환경(학의천,엘센트로방향공원), 목요일 장서는것, 단지관리양호등등 장점이 아주많음, 지하주차장연결 안되어있는 것 빼고는 모든것이 잘 갖춰져있음. 인덕원삼성과 함께 시세리딩하는 단지, 투자와 실거주함께 생각하면 보유추천추천

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지하 주차장이 칸이 좁고 엘베 연결안되어서 불편하고 평행주차 매너도 꽝(주차자리 많이 있어도 계단/차량 출입구 근처에 그냥 평행주차로 놓고 가버리는 매너 없는 주민 많음). 나머지는 그럭저럭 살만함. 단지관리는 잘되는 편
The underground parking lot is narrow and the elevator is not connected, so it is inconvenient and the parallel parking manner is bad (even if there are many parking spaces, there are many residents who do not have manners to just park in parallel parking near the stairs/vehicle entrance). The rest are just okay. The complex is well managed.
