The facilities are good and the children are good to play. It's nice to have an elementary school inside the complex. I like it because the average water is high. I'm a 4th grader. 정	정옥정 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 래미안 하이어스에 들어와 살아보니 이전 주인이 집수리를 잘 해놔서 누리는것은 제 몫이 되었어요 새 아파트라 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 주차장도 넓어서 1세대 2대씩도 많이 주차하고 살아요 휘트니스 운동 시설과 사우나를 사용할수 있고 관리비가 일반 아파트 보다 저렴하게 나와서 큰 평수도 크게 걱정 안하셔도 됩니다 참고로 48평도 일반 아파트 30평 관리비 정도 나옵니다 여기에 아파트 옆 도로가 산본천 복원만 된다면 더욱 살기 좋은 아파트가 될 거예요 When I entered Lamian Highlands, it was my job to enjoy it because the previous owner did a good job of repairing the house.
