출퇴근시간 정체는 다소 불편합니다.
It is well equipped with transportation and convenience facilities, and is close to Yangjaecheon Umyeonsan.
Congestion during rush hour is a bit uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강남가깝고 양재천가깝고 우면산도 가깝고ᆢ상권도 잘되있고 초중학교 가까이있고 주거지역으로 좋아요 문제는 강남이든 양재천이든 차로나오려면 많이 자주막혀요
It is close to Gangnam, near Yangjaecheon, near Mt. Umyeon, good commercial districts, close to elementary and junior high schools, and good residential areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아파트 단지들이 잘 조성되어있고 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 양재천을 산책하다가 우면산 밑의 형촌마을에 있는 기존 저층의 네이처힐 아파트들과 고층인 1~7단지까지 자주 보게됩니다.
Apartment complexes are well maintained, clean and quiet. While walking around Yangjaecheon, you will often see the existing low-rise Nature Hill apartments in Hyeongchon Village at the foot of Mt. Umyeon and the high-rise complexes 1-7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 도심에서 보기 힘든 새들도 많고 곤충도 쉽게 볼수 있어요. 주변에 나무 꽃 등이 많아서 멀리 나가지 않아도 쉼을 느낄수 있는 동네...근처에 산책로도 많고 좋습니다 가까이 양재천도 있고요.
