절	절대진리 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 광명역에 사람 데리러 갔다가 들렀던 곳. 편해서 좋았다. 주차장은 호반아파트 주차장을 같이 쓰는 걸 몰라서 2바퀴 돈건 함정 ㅋㅋ I went to Gwangmyeong Station to pick up people and stopped by. It was good to be comfortable. The parking lot is a two-turn trap because I don't know that the parking lot of the lakeside apartment is shared.
김	김운태 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 태영과 상업지구를 공유하면서도 비교적 학교도 가깝다라는게 큰 장점이네요. 조경이 잘 되어있고 아브뉴프랑 상가도 예쁘고, 신안산선 개통후 더 기대되는곳이예요. It is a great advantage to share Taeyoung and commercial district, but relatively close to school. The landscaping is very good, the avenue franchise is also pretty, and it's more expected after the opening of the Shinansan Line.

There is a shopping mall called Avnew Franc below the complex, and it is easy to access because it is connected to the left and right sides of the shopping mall and an elevator on the outside of the apartment building. In the neighborhood, there are Taeyoung Desiangwa, a shopping mall, and a commercial facility called Urban Brix (hotels, department stores, studios, business facilities, etc.)01. Convenient to use as IKEA, Costco, Lotte Premium Outlet, JoongAng University Hospital and KTX Gwangmyeong Station are nearby.
