전세가3억초반때..
주위에 은행.시장.음식점.모든것이 다있다.
주차는 힘들어보인다.
어르신들이 많이산다.
생각보다 조용하다.복도식아파트이다

15층짜리 복도식 아파트고 지하주차장이 아닌 지상주차장만 있어서 심각한 주차난과 겨울철 수도 동파등의 핸디켑이있지만 주변에 학교와 상업지구등 각종 편의 시설이 잘 갖춰진 아파트
아파트 옆으로 서부간선로 시흥대로 등으로 바로 연결되며 자전거로 5분이내에 실내체육관이나 주변인프라를 누릴수 있는곳
