★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 조용하고 깨끗한 아파트. 지하철 1호선 구일역과 도보 10분 정도이고 남부순환로가 가까워 신림, 사당, 가산쪽으로 가는 버스가 많다. 자가 차량 이용시에는 남부순환로, 안양천로, 서부간선도로 등 인근 도로 사정이 좋아 여기 저기 다니기 너무 편하다. 단, 인근 다른 아파트 단지들에 비해 시장, 마트는 좀 걸어가야 함.
