★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 특출난맛인지는 모르겠으나 건강한음식이라는생각은 들었어요 내어주시는 육수며 양념이 자극적이지않으면서 조미료맛이 전혀 느껴지지않는 깨끗한느낌입니다
젓가락 개별포장하시면서도 손씻고 위생모자챙겨쓰시는 모습보고 감사했네요 그런마인드로 만드신음식이니 더 믿을만하겠죠?

물냉면은 좀 평범하고 함흥냉면은 명태회가 기본인데 괜찮습니다. 그리고 갈비탕보다는 육계장 추천합니다.
그리고 주차가 편리합니다.

Mulnaengmyeon is a little normal, and Hamheung Naengmyeon is made with pollack sashimi, which is fine. And I recommend broilers rather than short rib soup.
And parking is convenient.

당시에는 아이도 참 맛있게 먹었는데..
국물을 숟가락으로 연신 떠 먹던 영상이 아직도 있다.
그런게, 오늘의 물냉면은 전보다 국물이 너무 옅어졌다.
밍밍하기 그지 없었다.
(참고로 나는 어떤 냉면에도 간을 하지 않음)
함흥냉면은 양념이 약간 부족.
매콤한 맛은 아주 좋았고, 고명도 훌륭했다.
음식의 맛 보다는 이 가게의 정신이라 할까 그런 부분은
전과 다름이 느껴져 아쉬웠다.
매연이 들어오는 도로가 바로 옆인데 좌식으로 앉아
그 역한 냄새를 맡아가며 냉면을 먹는...
5월에는 2호점을 장지역 부근에 낸다고 한다.

많아도 너무 많아
여기저기서 다 냉면은 판다
그래도 혹시나 하고
착한식당에 나온곳이라
방문했다
여기도 줄서서 먹는곳이라는데
다행이 비가와서
오늘은 바로 먹을수 있었다
MSG 가 안들어가면
무슨맛일까 궁금하기도 했다
육수가 테이블로 배달되어
한곱보 했는데
역시나 밋밋한 육수
ㅋㅋ
벽에 맛 있게 먹는 방법대로
비빔냉면에 육수를 붙고
겨자,식초,설탕을 버무려
입에 투척하자
오 이런맛이
시중에서 먹는 비빔냉면과 흡사
조미료 안들어가고
이런맛이 나오다니
뒷맛도 느끼한 감칠맛이
아닌 조용하고 부드러운 감칠맛이 난다
앞집도 유명한 냉면 맛집인데
여기를 선택한것이 잘한것같다
앞집도 나중에 가겠지만은

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여전히 맛이 변하지 않았네요~함흥냉면 비빔은 기본이상이고 물냉면은 담백 깔끔합니다. 전 이집 면발이 맘에 들어요~딱 적당합니다. 안내판에 걸린 레시피 그대로 드시는게 맛있어요. 천연재료만 고집하십니다. 항상 변하지 마시길~ 완자는 두께가 아쉬움ㅠㅠ
