봤	봤스메 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 물냉,함흥냉면(비빔) 두가지 시킴. 물냉면 육수는 물에 간장 탄듯 한 밍밍한 맛 신랑이 무슨맛인지 모르겠다고 하는데 배고파서 억지로 먹었다고 해요 물냉은 정말 최악 ... 함흥냉면은 진하지 않고 슴슴한게 명태회랑 같이먹은 괜찮은데 조미료 들어간거 같지 않은 느낌의 맛이었어요 요즘에 조미료 들어간 음식을 많이 먹다보니 간이 좀 약해서 양념장+설탕 많이 쳐먹음.. ㅠㅠ 분명 맛있는 음식인데 내 입맛이 변한듯해요 전반적으로 좀 아쉬운 느낌.. Served with water naengmyeon and Hamheung naengmyeon (Bibim). Mulnaengmyeon broth has a mild taste like soy sauce in water. He says he doesn't know what it tastes like I was hungry and forced to eat. Watercress is really bad... Hamheung naengmyeon is not thick and it is okay to eat it with pollack sashimi. It tasted like it had no seasoning. I eat a lot of food with seasonings these days. The liver is a bit weak, so I eat a lot of sauce + sugar.. ㅠㅠ It's definitely delicious food, but it seems my taste has changed. Overall, I feel a bit disappointed.
최	최영석 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 함흥냉면, 명태회추가, 만두 이렇게 3개를 주문해서 먹었는데, 특별히 맛이 없는건 아니지만 그렇다고 딱히 맛있지도 않았다. 냉면 자체는 평이한 수준인데, 면이 잘 풀리지 않는 느낌을 받았고 명태회에서 약간의 잡내 혹은 군내가 느껴졌다. 다만, 내가 생선의 잡내와 군내에는 다소 민감한 편이라서 이건 개인차가 있을 수 있고, 아내는 잡내나 군내는 느껴지지 않았다고 했다. 만두는 맛있게 먹었는데, 생강이 들어갔는지는 잘 모르겠지만.. 내 입에는 생강맛(?)이 강하게 느껴져서 다른 맛이 많이 느껴지지 않은건 다소 아쉬웠다. 특색은 있는데 좀 복합적으로 감칠맛이 느껴지지는 않았다. 같이 나오는 식초에 절인 무채는 좀 개선이 필요해 보이는데, 오래된 느낌은 아닌데 씹다보면 좀 역하고 비린 느낌(?)이 있었다. 맛있게 먹다가 반찬으로 무채를 먹었는데 명태회가 이후로 특히 좀 비리게 느껴지는 느낌이었음. 좀 더 산뜻하고 상큼하고 신선한 느낌으로 개선이 필요할 것 같다. 전반적으로 크게 맛이 없지는 않지만, 그렇다고 특히 맛있는 것은 아니고 평이한 수준의 맛이라는 생각이 들었다. 굳이 다시 찾아서 방문해서 먹고 싶은 맛집은 아니라는 생각. I ordered three of Hamheung Naengmyeon, pollack hoechu, and dumplings. It wasn't particularly bad, but it wasn't particularly tasty either. The naengmyeon itself is at a normal level, but I felt that the noodles were not cooked well, and the pollack sashimi had a slight smell or taste. However, since I am rather sensitive to the smell and smell of fish, there may be individual differences, and my wife said that I did not feel the smell or the smell of fish. I ate the dumplings deliciously, but I don't know if there was ginger in them... It was a bit disappointing that I didn't feel much of the other flavors because I felt the ginger flavor (?) strongly in my mouth. There was a peculiarity, but it did not feel a bit complex and umami. The vinegar pickled radish that comes with it seems to need some improvement, but it doesn't feel old, but it has a disgusting and fishy feeling (?) when you chew it. I ate radish as a side dish after eating it deliciously, but I felt that the pollack sashimi was especially fishy after that. I think it needs improvement with a more refreshing, refreshing, and fresh feeling. Overall, it's not bad, but it's not particularly tasty, and I thought the taste was at an average level. I don't think it's a restaurant I want to visit again and eat.
