★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강화유수부 동헌은 1995년 3월 2일 인천광역시 유형문화재 제25호로 지정되었다.
강화 유수부는 1627년(인조 5)에 인조가 강화로 피신했다가 돌아온 뒤 설치한 것으로 종2품 관청으로 삼았다. 1638년(인조 16)에 유수(留守) 김신국(金藎國)이 개수하였고, 1769년(영조 45)에 유수 황경원(黃景源)이 현윤관(顯允觀)이라 명명하였다.
현재는 명위헌(明威軒)과 이관당(以寬堂)의 현판이 걸려 있는데, 당호(堂號)는 송나라 미남궁체(米南宮體)를 잘 쓰는 당시의 명필이며 학자였던 윤순(尹淳:1680∼1741)의 필적이다. 건물규모는 정면 8칸, 측면 3칸, 건평 24칸이고 구조는 익공계(翼工系) 팔작지붕으로 되어 있다.
1977년 강화 중요 국방유적(國防遺蹟) 복원정화 사업의 일환으로 개수되어 현재에 이른 것인데, 오늘날의 군청과 같은 관아건물로서 여러 차례에 걸친 개조로 원형은 남아 있지 않다. 두산백과
 On March 2, 1995, Ganghwa Yusubu Dongheon was designated as Tangible Cultural Property No. 25 by Incheon Metropolitan City.
The Ganghwa Yusubu was established in 1627 (injo 5) after Injo returned to Ganghwa after fleeing to Ganghwa, and it was used as the second-class government office. In 1638 (16th year of King Injo), Yusu (留守) Kim Shin-guk (金藎國) restored it, and in 1769 (45th year of King Yeongjo), Yusu Hwang Gyeong-won (黃景源) named it Hyeonyun-gwan (顯允觀).
Currently, the plaques of Myeong Wei-heon (明威軒) and Lee Gwan-dang (以寬堂) are hanging. 1680-1741). The size of the building is 8 kan in the front, 3 kan on the side, and 24 kan in floor space, and the structure has an ikgong-gye octagonal roof.
