★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busan Tower is a 120-metre-high tower at Yongdusan Park, located in Jung-gu, Busan, South Korea.
Busan Tower was built in 1973. It's only used for entertainment purposes and doesn't have any transmitting equipment which sets the tower apart from many other towers with observation decks primarily built as TV- and radio towers. The deck features panoramic view and a small cafe, it's only accessible during working hours via two high-speed elevators. The base of the tower is interconnected with a few galleries and souvenir shops. The tower is usually mentioned in tourist guides as a good place to get a view of the city's port.

The nearby Lotte shopping mall will be the perfect destination for buying stuffs. Ohh don’t forget to visit underground shopping market. Its cheap and full of fun for shopping with your friend or love one. Visit and enjoy ?

The Diamond Tower observatory is a proud symbol of the city of Busan. And rightly so! It is 120 meters high and offers brilliant day and night views across the city landscape, especially the city port. It is a must visit spot for all visitors.
The tower was build in 1973 and it’s design was inspired by the Dabotap Pagoda in Gyeongju. The structure is situated in Yongdusan Park and does not have transmitting equipment which makes it distinct as a true observation deck for entertainment and relaxation. The base of the tower has a few shops and a cafe that has an automated/robotic barista. Place your order, scan your receipt and watch the apparatus move about as it makes your beverage. It is a spectacle of automated technology and entertainment.
Before going up the high speed elevators, you walk through an exhibition hall that presents historical information about the tower. Once at the top, you are greeted with the panoramic views one would expect at such heights.
After you take in the sights, you take the elevator to the base of the tower and navigate through other exhibits highlighted with neon colors and special effects. It is a fun and sensory-overload journey when exiting. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scenic place around the tower, cost 12000 krw/person to go up. Commanding view over Busan from the tower, though a little expensive, for a short duration within. Just nice cherry blossom trees near the foot of the tower, it blooms under late march to early april period and looks beautiful.
