★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very historic vibe. Feels like back in history. Please take time to look, read and appreciate the statues put up in the street. They tell of the stories of the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40 step culture visit on weekend will be good. They usually host event for tourist over the weekend, head to the registration booth and they will provide you a copy of booklet for you to explore and understand how modern Korea being developed. They also have volunteer guide to help and the you around, and also show you the way to the near by free culture museum. Free yo! Sadly I don't have photo for this site visit, my phone didn't save a single photo from that event for god knows reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the main street there are some bronze sculptures showing the passed life of Busan people after the Japanese occupation. Interesting but not so easy to find and without knowing what it means, it's nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just follow the signage to this place. You could be at the top or bottoms of the concrete staircase. If coming from Haegwan-ro, you see many sculptures leading to this place. Besides Starbucks, there are many Korean cafes & food restaurants. A good place to take a break. It’s also walking distance to Yongdusan Park. And about 1 Km walk to Gukje/Kkangtong/BIFF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful space where people come and go, enjoying their daily rituals. Autumn foliage is on display on the trees and on the awesome 4 story mosaic staircase. The sculptures make you think of how hard older generations had it, and make you smile as you see grey haired locals pass you by
