G	Ga young Bae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 평일 오전에 해장할 곳을 찾다가 동네 주변에 라멘집 추천을 몇번 받았던 텐진라멘을 찾아갔어요. 11시 30분 오픈인데 오픈하자마자 들어갔는데 십분도 안 되서 바10좌석과 테이블 5~6개가 금방 차고 웨이팅이 생기더라구요. 저는 매운돈코츠인 카라라멘에 풀토핑을 넣어서 주문했습니다. 주방에 한 분과 보조 한 분이 끝인데 주방장분이 엄청 손이 빠르시더라구요. 주문을 빠르게 하나씩 쳐내시더라구요. 오분정도 지나니 라멘이 나왔어요. 풀토핑이라 파, 반숙 타마고, 멘마, 차슈가 추가되어 나왔어요. 카라소스를 풀어 먹었는데 국물은 많이 맵진 않고 깔끔한 국물에 약간 매콤한 정도였어요. 역시 한국인이라 그런가 앞에 통마늘을 갈아서 넣어서 먹으니 훨씬 감질맛이 있었어요. 차슈는 기름지지않고 담백한 편이며, 두께가 꽤나 있어 씹는 식감이 있는 편이에요. 아쉬운게 풀토핑이다보니 차슈는 너무 많았고, 타마고는 식어있어 따뜻한 라멘과 먹을때 이질감이 조금 들었다는 점??이 있었어요. 토핑 목록에 김이 있으면 조금 더 잘 어울릴 것 같아요. 해장이 절로 되는 맛에 생맥주 시켜서 완면하고 나왔습니다. I was looking for a place to eat Haejang on a weekday morning, and I went to Tenjin Ramen, which had been recommended several times for ramen restaurants in the neighborhood. It opened at 11:30, but I went in as soon as it opened, and in less than 10 minutes, 10 seats at the bar and 5-6 tables were filled up and there was a wait. I ordered spicy tonkotsu kara ramen with full toppings. There was one person in the kitchen and one assistant, but the chef was very quick. They placed orders quickly one by one. After about 5 minutes, the ramen came out. Since it is a full topping, green onion, half-boiled tamago, menma, and chashu were added. I ate the cara sauce, but the broth wasn't too spicy, it was just a little spicy in a clean broth. I'm also Korean, so when I put whole garlic in front of it and eat it, it had a much more tangy taste. The chashu is not oily, it is light, and it is quite thick, so it has a chewy texture. It was a pity that there were too many chashu since it was a full topping, and the tamago was cold, so it felt a little different when eating with warm ramen. I think it would go a little better with seaweed on the topping list. I ordered a draft beer to the taste of haejang, and it came out perfectly.
